Return Policy

At Sklarewitz Postal, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and uniform-integrity standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom-hemmed or tailored garments

  • Undergarments or socks (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, defective product, etc.).

  • USPS employees who received free outbound shipping still follow standard return-shipping rules—return shipping is not included unless it is our mistake.

Exchanges

  • We offer easy size exchanges when stock is available.

  • Exchange shipping back to you is covered by us.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
