What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all unused and unhemmed items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please call (219) 844-2870 or email info@sklarewitzpostal.com.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do. If you prefer to browse our items in store, please visit us at 7242 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer free local delivery within a 10 mile radius of our location. To coordinate local delivery, simply enter your delivery address at checkout. If your address qualifies, local delivery will be automatically applied. If you have any questions or need special arrangements, feel free to contact us before placing your order at (219) 844-2870.
CCA Vouchers
Sklarewitz Uniforms accepts the USPS CCA Uniform Voucher as a form of payment for online orders.
To place an order:
1) Create an Account
2) Add Items to Cart
3) At Checkout, Select CCA Voucher as Your Payment Method
4) Fill in your shipping information
For your billing information, enter the name and address of the post office you work. Include the phone number of the post office so we can contact them for authorization.
5) After you place your order, please send us a copy of your Letter of Authorization CCA Voucher by emailing info@sklarewitzpostal.com.

Do you charge for alterations?
Basic hemming on pants are free. For more advanced hemming needs, we ask that you stop by in-person at our store 7242 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323 to assess your needs.
What if the item I want is not in-stock?
Our goal is to get your order out the door quickly and accurately. While most items are ready to ship within 24-48 hours, there are rare moments when a manufacturer delay temporarily affects availability. If a product doesn’t make it into your first shipment, you’ll see it clearly noted on your packing slip. We’ll automatically ship the remaining item the moment it arrives in our warehouse.
Why can't I purchase certain items?
Certain items are restricted due to postal regulations. Here’s what that means for you:

You must have an activated Postal Allowance Credit Card to purchase uniform items with postal emblems.

Employees without a Postal Card are not permitted to buy emblem-bearing products.

Employees with a Postal Card can only purchase the uniform items authorized for their specific job designation.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button at the top of the page, enter your information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. An account is required to place an order. This ensures we can verify eligibility, track your purchases, and provide you with accurate shipping and order information.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login page. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Can I update my account information?
Yes! After logging in, go to your account settings to update your email, shipping address, payment information, and other personal details.
Payment & Technical Questions
Why was my Postal Card declined?
The most common reason a Postal Card is declined is “no activation.”
If you experience any issues with your Postal Card, please contact Citibank directly at 1-800-287-5003.
To avoid losing your allowance when it expires on your anniversary date, be sure to check your balance regularly and know your uniform anniversary date.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
If your order exceeds your available Postal Card balance, the transaction will be declined, which may delay your order. To avoid this, check your current balance before placing your order. Any remaining amount can be paid using a personal credit card.
How do I check my available balance?
Please contact Citibank at 1-800-287-5003 to check your current allowance balance and confirm that your Postal Card is activated.
